We at Egasm.com ("Website") honor and protect your privacy. If you visit or purchase a product on the Website, we will protect your privacy to the fullest extent of the law. As explained more fully below, we never sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third-party marketers, with the exception of occasionally sharing your e-mail address with our sister companies.

We also collect your credit or debit card information and keep a history of your purchases with us, regardless of your method of payment. This helps facilitate our processing of your orders and allows us to better assist you should you call us.

Further, if you return previously purchased merchandise or request a refund, you may be asked to give your name, address, and phone number. We collect this information to help prevent fraud and to ensure your account is properly credited.

Contacting our Customer Service:

When you call our Customer Service Department about a product, delivery, billing or other question, you may be asked for Personal Data that identifies you along with additional information we need to help you with your question or concern. Providing Comments, Feedback, Suggestions, or Testimonials:

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, comments, or testimonials via any means, including, but not limited to, e-mail, the Website or phone, we will collect your name and email address in order to send you a reply. Website Surveys

We occasionally post surveys on the Website that users can voluntarily elect to take. We may ask the participant to enter his/her current age, but otherwise, do not typically collect any Personal Date from those who participate in our surveys.
